That's roughly how long the press had access to Palin during her whirlwind tour of foreign leaders yesterday. But that was enough to pick up this exchange between Palin and Henry Kissinger:

Kissinger: (something about a speech, not sure to whom he was referring) ‘And I'm going to give him a lot of credit for what he did in Georgia.’

Palin: ‘Good, good. And you'll give me more insight on that, also, huh? Good.’

At least she's trying to learn, right?
