Not really, but their electoral map is a Republican's wet dream. The WaPo has 168 electoral votes "leaning Democratic," 174 electoral votes "leaning Republican," and 196 electoral votes a toss-up in swing or battleground states. As Chris Bowers on Open Left notes, this is a little odd:
