Ayers Confusion Representative of Whole Campaign

Talking Points Memo has a good article about the confusing, contradictory ways the McCain campaign is brandishing the William Ayers attack line. Actually it's not all that confusing if your guiding principle is whatever it takes to win, but for any principled candidate -- ie, not John McCain -- it would be confusing.
